Payment Terms and Conditions for Hot Leadership Training

Price: USD 400
Scholarship: USD 50 (applied automatically)
Deposit: USD 150 (non-refundable)
Balance: USD 200 (due 1 week before the training date)

Payment Options:

  1. Full Payment: You may choose to pay the total amount of USD 350 upfront.
  2. Installment Payment:
    • (i) An initial non-refundable deposit of USD 150 is required to secure your spot.
    • (ii) The remaining balance of USD 200 will be automatically charged 1 week before the event.

Receipt Information:

  • Receipt emails will be sent upon completion of each payment.

Refund Policy:

  1. To receive a refund or credit for the balance payment (USD 200), you must cancel at least 1 day before the event by emailing us.
  2.  When the cancellation occurs on the day of the event, no refund will be issued; however, a credit will be provided for future training sessions within a year.
  3. No shows will be considered as attendance, and no refund or credit will be granted.
